The Botanic Palace Hotel is located in a garden spanning four hectares and consists of seven floors, situated 10 kilometers from Gorgan. In addition to easy access to the city, esteemed guests can enjoy the beautiful garden views.

The hotel features a swimming pool and gym, along with two each of jacuzzis, dry saunas, steam rooms, and beauty salons, which can be used separately and simultaneously by both ladies and gentlemen. The hotel also has a walking, skating, and biking path approximately one kilometer long. A game room for youth and children has been prepared on the sports hall floor. Two tennis courts and volleyball and basketball courts are set up at the end of the hotel garden, offering such services for the first time in Golestan Province.

The hotel has a main restaurant covering 340 square meters with 300 seats, as well as an Italian restaurant operating as a café, measuring 170 square meters with 150 seats, open 24 hours a day. On the first floor, there is a small conference hall designed for gatherings of 50 to 100 people, complete with a terrace suitable for events of up to 150 people.
